We've got lots going on to keep boredom at bay this February half-term with something for all ages. What better way to keep little ones entertained than getting out in the great outdoors and enjoying our pop-up Forest School activities?
This February half-term branch out at Hestercombe and become little green explorers by creating your very own Nature Crown! Have a bit of forestry fun by sticking your fabulous forest finds to your very own seasonal Crown.
Why don't you explore the world on your doorstep with our wonderful woodland crafts. Try creating your own stick family or release your inner artist and create your own artwork with natural paintbrushes and pigments!
Crowns can be collected at the Ticket Office on arrival and all crafts will take place on Tuesday and Thursday in the natural play area by the Charcoal Burner's Camp.
21st - 27th February, all-day (just pick up a crown from the Ticket Office on arrival!)
22nd February, drop-in (11am - 3pm)
24th February, drop-in (11am - 3pm)
Treat your little ones (and yourself of course!) with some delicious home-cooked food from the Stables restaurant, which offers a child-friendly menu with full table service. Tasty light bites, cakes, drinks and Valentine's-themed treats are all available from our cafe, Caffè + Gelato.
Please note: You do not need to book to attend any of the half-term events. Simply purchase standard garden admission (free for members) and drop-in to the events.
Join as a Hestercombe member from as little as £3.46 a month to get free access to all of our family activities! We have so much fun planned for Easter half-term and our Super Summer is back and for 2022 and will be bigger than ever.
Standard gardens admission applies (Hestercombe members go free).
To visit the gardens and take part in any half-term activity, you no longer need to pre-book a timed admission slot online - simply purchase gardens admission on arrival.
If you have any queries about your admission, please email our Visitor Reception or call 01823 413923
