Join us in Bampfylde Hall for a delightful day to remember for chocolate lovers. Treat yourself or a loved one to an unforgettable experience!
The Chocolatier Experience will be hosted by Paul Ruttledge, Hestercombe's Patissier, whose impressive background includes three-rosette restaurants.
You will:
- learn how to make chocolate ganache
- learn how to mould chocolates
- learn how to decorate chocolates using different techniques
Every chocolate you make will be yours to take home to enjoy and share.
Over lunch a special two course menu will be served in the restaurant (included with your ticket):
Roast loin of pork with Marsala cream sauce, apple and mustard creamed potato, greens (GF)
or
Mushroom bourguignon with chervil and dill dumplings (V)
with
Poached and baked rhubarb with rhubarb panna cotta and grenadine ice cream (V and GFO available)

Tea or coffee is included on arrival. Every ticket will also receive free garden entry worth £15.30, which can be enjoyed after the experience ends at 2pm or at an alternative date of your choice.

Hestercombe is now a fully cashless venue, so on the day we can only accept payment by card or contactless payments.
