Despite a little more rain over the last few weeks you may have noticed that we're still not exactly swimming yet. Consequently there isn't quite enough water in the mill pond to run a full demonstration of the mill. However from 11am - 12pm and 2 - 3pm two of our millers will be available to answer questions and talk you through the workings of the mill - they just won't be able to run the mill wheel. If you wanted to postpone your visit please be aware there are two other demonstrations coming soon (water permitting), one on Friday 8th November and one on January 11th.
